Hello all,

Well again this week has not gone as expected. lol

“Asi es la vida misional.”

So things went well until Friday and then we ended up doing more service for our former Branch Pres that is moving, we stopped by Thursday night to get some pictures and asked as always if there was anything that we could do for them, and well there was. They still needed to paint the trim on their house and so we spent most of Friday painting and helping them to get stuff moved out and loaded into trucks.

Then on Saturday we helped another family move, really cool people and I’m sad that they had to leave. Then we had Sunday, this was probably the best one that I have had here in Longview.

So we have been working on building up the Spanish Branch and haven’t been having that much success, but this last Sunday everything paid off. So we have been calling all of the Spanish members every week to remind them about church and this Sunday we had 5 of the 8 members come, and two of the three that didn’t were working and couldn’t come because of that. It’s so exciting to see these people start to come back to the gospel and hopefully with the support of the stake leaders we will be able to start a separate sacrament meeting here before the end of the year.

And now today I finally get to go mountain biking, last week we didn’t finish moving until 4pm and then we still had to shop and dinner was at 6 with an investigator so we were kinda stuck, but I get to go today and I’m stoked.

Oh and so tonight we get to eat with Evangelina again, she was the one that we ate with last week and it was awesome, she made sopes and they were awesome.
